Day #5, The Metro Hooch

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Our biggest day yet! 35 feet!!! lol. It isn't much, but I really want to make my goal of paddling for 32 straight days. There wasn't many other options with myself and Bret getting out of work at 4:00, so off we went down 285W. Oh, yeah Bret. Bret and I finally paddled together!! Oh and he is no longer tied with 20 other people for last place! :) Just joking, Bret has been busy and will be throwing up some big numbers in the coming weeks.

We really had a good time today. We floated down the river surfing a bit and enjoying good conversation. We did one lap then attained back up to the 75 bridge, which was a great work out. After the attainment work out we headed for shore and some much deserved dinner.

We have rain in the forecast for tomorrow. Hopefully we can hit Rottenwood, Sope or Marsh Creek.......if not it is on to the Upper Hooch!! :)
